This retreat is designed as a gentle, structured space for women to reconnect with their inner child and explore healing in community. You don’t need to have any prior experience with therapy or inner child work—just a willingness to be present with yourself in an honest, supportive way.

Each day will weave together processing groups, playful experiences, guided reflection, and intentional rest. In our group sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to share, listen, and make sense of past experiences in a way that feels contained and grounded. Nothing is forced—participation is always by choice.

We balance this deeper emotional work with play and creativity, because healing isn’t only about processing—it’s also about rediscovering joy, curiosity, and ease. Expect moments of lightness, movement, laughter, and simple activities that help you step out of your “adult roles” and into something more open and spontaneous.
