The Reparenting Lab: Learning to Become the Safe, Compassionate Parent You Needed
An 8 week group starting September 15, 2026What to ExpectThe Reparenting Lab is an experiential, supportive group designed to help you understand how your early relationships shaped the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world today. Together, we'll explore the emotional needs that may have gone unmet in childhood and learn practical ways to meet those needs in the present.
Each session includes teaching, guided reflection, discussion, and experiential exercises that help bring concepts to life. You'll learn skills for self-compassion, emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, and developing a more secure relationship with yourself.
This is not about blaming parents or dwelling on the past. Instead, it's about increasing awareness, understanding how old patterns continue to impact your life, and building new ways of responding to your triggers that support healing and growth
By the end of the program, the goal is that you will leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, practical tools for ongoing healing, and a clearer sense of how to care for the parts of you that may have been overlooked, misunderstood, or unsupported in the past.
