Understand Patterns. Honor Your Pain. Begin the Healing journey.

Some wounds don’t leave bruises. Instead, they show up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, self-doubt, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and the constant feeling that you have to prove your worth.

Many of us were taught to abandon ourselves long before we ever learned who we are.

This workshop is about understanding your wounds — and beginning the process of healing.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • What the mother wound is and how it can show up in adulthood

  • What your core developmental needs were and how it impacts you when they remain unmet

  • How the mother wound can affect identity, relationships, boundaries, and self-trust

  • Healing practices including self-validation, inner child work, self-compassion, and boundary setting

  • Ways to move forward with greater clarity, gentleness, and support

This workshop includes:

  • Guided teaching and reflection

  • Journaling exercises and worksheets

  • Guided meditation

  • Optional sharing and discussion

  • Practical healing tools and resources to take home

This is not about blaming mothers. Many mothers were carrying wounds of their own. This workshop is about understanding your experience with honesty and compassion so you can begin relating to yourself in a healthier, more connected way.

Whether you are just beginning this journey or already doing deep healing work, you are welcome here.
